“The possession of knowledge does not kill the sense of wonder and mystery. There is always more mystery.” — Anaïs Nin
For those interested in understanding ‘healing’ in a larger context, this podcast explores the human relationship to reality itself: an unending mystery that we often resist, despite our inevitable participation in its wonder.
This project began out of jadedness with the psycho-spiritual material I saw available on social media, much of which seems to pigeon-hole healing into one method or another. But any method can work, if you’re doing it “in alignment” or “from the heart” - but what does that mean? How is it that people actually connect to themselves, to their lives, and can do so through just about any activity, provided they do it just right? It’s the “just rightness” of healing and spiritual growth that I want to follow, feel out, and explore on Meeting the Mystery.
If you or someone you know has wisdom to contribute to this project, feel free to reach out with feedback, questions, and collaboration inquiries. I intend for this podcast to include voices from various backgrounds, fields, and traditions, even (or especially) those that are far different from my own.
My hope is that this podcast may contribute to deepening spiritual community in Toronto and further afield. Share it with friends, clients, colleagues, and anyone who might be craving a dose of the mysterious. But don’t just share it - talk about it! Live it together. Be mystified.
